Every February, the Municipality of Reggiolo hosts the “Per non perdere il Sapore” Fair (Eng. “To keep the flavor alive”) is held. During the event, you can witness the beloved contest “I Grasöi po bun ad Rasöl” (Reggiolo’s most delicious ciccioli), celebrating one of the area’s most traditional delicacies.
Come and discover the Ciccioli - also known as “pork candies” - and the centuries-old craft that skilled pork butchers continue to keep alive with passion.
