The walk starts from the Rocca built around the high tower of 1242, later it became the central keep of the fortified complex and nerve center of the city during the Gonzaga domination.

But no visit to Reggiolo would be complete without a tasting of typical pumpkin-based cuisine. Pumpkin, with its specialties, is one of the basic dishes of the cuisine of the Bassa Reggiana of which the Municipality of Reggiolo is a part.
