The Azienda Agricola Salvadora is a family-run farm located in the countryside of Poviglio and today managed by the third generation, dedicated to producing and processing grapes grown exclusively in their own vineyards.

Salvadora’s distinctive feature is its commitment to working solely with local grape varieties, cultivated using highly sustainable techniques. To further promote their production, they have integrated a range of enotourism activities, allowing visitors to learn about their wines firsthand and to experience the authentic identity of the Boron Family, along with their artisan approach to every stage of the work.

Throughout the year, Salvadora offers guided tours - by reservation - featuring vineyard walks and/or tastings in their cellar.

From April to September, roughly once a week, they also host public events.
